We plan the layout and finishes with you, set out the scope in a written quote, then organise and manage the trades through to the final walk-through. You deal with one team for the whole job instead of chasing each trade yourself.

Home renovation questions
Can you renovate more than one room at the same time?
Yes. When several rooms are changing, we plan and manage them as one project so the trades and the order of work are coordinated.
Can I book flooring, tiling or waterproofing without a full renovation?
Yes. Timber flooring, tiling, carpet installation and waterproofing can be booked as standalone jobs or as part of a larger renovation.
Do I need a building permit to renovate?
It depends on the work. In Victoria, building work needs a building permit unless an exemption applies, and some minor alterations are exempt. The Building and Plumbing Commission explains when a permit is required, and we can talk it through when we look at your project.
